Work-Flow Coordinator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

  • Do you have experience in managing queues?
  • Do you have an enquiring mind, able to think outside the box?
  • Are you confident in liaising with others to meet tight deadlines?

The company: 

Based in the Auckland CBD, you will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic team. Currently in growth mode, they are taking a fresh approach to Insurance in New Zealand and changing the status-quo when it comes to customer service!

The role:

Your aim will be to assist in providing an excellent level of service to customers, ensuring efficiency across internal departments. You will be responsible for:

  • The management of all quote activities ensuring clients’ expectations are met
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless running of the quoting system
  • Managing customer expectations

The person:

We need you to have:

  • Enthusiasm for what you do
  • An ability to be proactive when it comes to problem solving
  • An ability to look outside of the box to find solutions
  • Confidence in liaising and engaging with others
  • An outgoing, positive attitude
  • Experience in quote/queue management and Insurance preferred, however not essential
