Project Coordinator (12 Month FTC)

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to work for one of New Zealand’s top Broking collective. This company has a “one team” philosophy where they are focused on delivering on promises- this is something that your role will be a part of! We are seeking a strong and organised person, someone who has excellent negotiation skills and is able to take real control of this exciting project.

As our ideal candidate, you will have :

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills
  • Extensive previous experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • Some confidence in technical IT terminology and Cloud services, or a willingness to learn.

Job duties would include:

  • Coordinating and conducting meeting between various parties
  • Fielding enquiries and liaising with management to ensure any issues are resolved efficiently
  • Ensuring project milestones are met
  • Filing monthly status reports
  • Working closely with management to ensure all financials remain on track and providing regular updates to the CEO
  • Providing input into the project budget when required
  • Maintaining the project plan
