A day in the life of an Accident and Health Manager:

  • Developing and mentoring the underwriting and account management team
  • Ensuring service standards are met and
  • Monthly data analysis of A&H Corporate and loss trends
  • Adhering with finance team to ensure global standards are being met

  • Strong problem-solving skills – do you have a logical approach to solving complex issues?
  • Adaptability and initiative – can you pick up the pieces and adapt to a fast-changing environment?
  • Desire to learn more – this role will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge and skills
  • Communication – interpersonal and negotiation skills; you will be talking with agents, brokers and clients on a daily basis
  • Leadership – leadership or managerial experience within the insurance industry
  • Relationships – established relationships within the Insurance /Broker markets
