Key duties and responsibilities in this role would include using your existing motor vehicle claims and breakdowns claims knowledge and experience to assess insurance claims, ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their claims throughout the process, responding to general enquiries and regular tracking of claims.
To be successful in this role you will
- Be a Motor Cycle and Car enthusiast
- Have motor vehicle claims/mechanical breakdown Insurance experience
- Display strong customer service skills and people focus
- Hold an Automotive Trade Certificate (Advantageous)
