Loss Adjuster

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

Our client is looking for a Loss Adjuster to join their team. You will be a self-starter, capable of working autonomously but will also have the personality to engage and build professional working relationships.

The role:

  • Conduct field-based assessments
  • Investigate claims to identify fraud
  • Prepare reports and assess claims documentation
  • Make settlement recommendations
  • Manage the claims process
  • Build strong relationships with Brokers and service providers

What will you need?

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation ability
  • A commitment to establishing strong working relationships
  • ANZIIF qualifications preferred
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
