- Have demonstrated a successful career in underwriting property or commercial lines
- Have a high level of technical combined with confidence in Broker-facing
- Handle a quality portfolio of business managing all the day-to-day processes plus developing and maintaining business relationships
- Participate fully and use your expertise to shape and develop strategy and positively promote the company to maximise brand leverage
