The Role:

You will be handling all aspects of the claims process and be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims, including:

  • Claims lodgement
  • Determining Liability
  • Quoting and assessing
  • Negotiating settlement
  • Claims payments
  • Liaising with Brokers and Corporate partners, Repairers, Assessors, Investigators and Solicitors

You Will Have:

  • Previous Customer Service or Insurance experience
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
  • Top problem solving skills
