Insurance - Help Desk/Project Support

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

Do you enjoy the variety and opportunity of managing special projects?
Do you have experience in a help desk or systems management role?

Working collaboratively with a small close-knit IT project team you will be:

  • Analysing and developing new webforms
  • Reviewing existing webform data
  • Providing training and support to Broker partners (locally and remotely)
  • Supporting the IT manager

You Will: 

  • Know the Insurance/Broker market and how they interface
  • Be comfortable working with Microsoft Suite and Management System Software
  • Enjoy project work
  • Be open to a fixed term contract with possible extension
