Customer Support Consultant- Insurance Industry

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

Our client is focused on providing and administering innovative superannuation, insurance and other financial products for New Zealand personal and employee group customers. Due to demand, they are looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join their Operations Team. This position will be a multifaceted role which will provide variation and on-going learning.

What does this role involve?

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Dealer and policy processing
  • General administration
  • Financial administration
  • Credit control and Debtor Management


What will you need to be considered? 

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Experience within the Insurance industry- ideally within Health and Life Insurance
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A flexible and willing attitude
