Customer Services Team Leader - Insurance Industry

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

  • Greenlane location – close to Ellerslie train station

What does this role involve?

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to provide and promote a professional, high quality customer service experience for all clients, external and internal. You will be required to lead a small team of customer service representatives. Some of the duties include (but are but not limited to) processing policy applications and making changes when required, handling and resolving customer complaints, monitoring team workloads and ensuring KPI’s are met. You will also be required to provide support and guidance to the team when necessary.

What are we looking for?

To be successful, you will come from a leadership role within a contact centre. You will have the ability to deal with people of all levels and negotiate solutions. You will be willing to lead by example as this is a hands-on role where you will be assisting customers as well as leading and motivating the team. The team you will be joining love to work hard and have fun, so your can do, energetic attitude will continue this on. Your ability to manage time, work under pressure and achieve goals is paramount to your success in this role.
