Customer Service Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a customer service specialist in one of New Zealand’s leading insurers. You will be part of a team responsible for handling inbound and outbound queries from clients and advisors. This is a challenging and varied role suitable for someone who is dedicated to their career development and the success of the overall business.

The successful candidate will join a fast growing, close knit and diverse team. Expect to join an easy-going crowd who place equal importance on success and fun. You will undergo an 8 week induction/training and have continual support throughout your employment.

The primary objective is to answer all inbound queries (written and verbal) from clients and advisers. This role also includes outbound calling, policy maintenance and record keeping.

As a Policy Servicing Specialist you will have:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to accept responsibility and take ownership
