Customer Service Consultant

More than your average Customer Service Consultant position, this role gives you the opportunity to utilise your strong customer service experience to excel into a career within the Insurance Industry. Insurance/Financial Services experience is an advantage, but not essential. All you need to bring is an ability to effectively multitask, an understanding of how to provide top notch customer service and a desire to succeed in the world of Insurance.

Based in a call centre environment, this role will see you gain exposure to more specialist areas of Insurance including Underwriting and Claims. Alongside your duties as a Customer Service Consultant, you will also be involved in processing work including endorsements, renewals and new business authorisation.
