Credit Control Administrator - Insurance Industry

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

We are searching for a Credit Control Administrator to serve the Operations Team within this highly innovative Insurance company. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will also work closely with the Finance Team, Underwriters and Brokers to resolve credit issues.

The Role:

  • Following up non paid items
  • Resolutions of mismatched items 
  • Unallocated cash
  • Completing transactions as required into operating system (Pure)

The person: 

  • Experience in a similar role - Insurance industry experience ideal, although not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Most importantly, you will be a team player!
