Client Support Specialist

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

  • Greenlane location – close to public transport
  • Monday to Friday – no weekends!

Our client is a specialist insurer and they are looking for their next Customer Support superstar! The key priority of this role is to provide great customer service. This is not a call centre where KPIs are the priority. The focus is on delivering great service to customers and making a difference. You will be given the tools to succeed in this role!

Based in Greenlane, you will provide effective client service support through all key aspects of the role including claims and the processing of renewals and new business.


The role’s key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and resolving all incoming queries
  • Processing renewals and new business
  • Reviewing processes to optimize efficiency
  • Liaising with client and insurer throughout claims process
  • Processing aged receivables


The successful person will be:
