Client Service Officer

My client, based on the Auckland City fringe, is seeking a Client Service Officer to join their high performing team. Excellent benefits await the successful candidate and an opportunity to kick start a career within Insurance lies ahead.

All you need to prove is that you have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great attention to detail
  • Experience in either Administration or Customer Service
  • An exceptional phone manner

The role will involve: 

  • Preparing quote reports
  • Assisting Client Service Managers with key accounts
  • Liaising with underwriters and clients
  • Renewing policies

This role will initially involve over the phone client contact, however there are opportunities to progress into a client facing position.

Full training will be provided.
