Claims Team Administrator

You will be working with and assisting a close team of Claims Case Managers. You will have the opportunity to learn from a team who enjoy what they do and take pride in completing their work to a very high standard.

Your responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to work closely with the Claims Case Managers to provide them with the support they need to process their claims as well as carrying out general claims administration tasks. Some of your main duties will include:

  • Processing emails in the general claims inbox
  • Monitoring and following up on claims debts
  • Lodging new claims – from phone, email or internet
  • Member of the Claims Team phone queue
  • Assisting the team to follow up on invoices, forms and overdue assessments

What are we looking for?

If you have some knowledge of insurance or a keen interest to learn about insurance, as well as a positive and willing attitude then we want to hear from you!

Ideally you will also have some phone based customer service experience and a professional and pleasant phone manner.
