Our client is searching for a Claims Quality Control Officer to join their dynamic team! This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring claims are settled efficiently and accurately.

The duties of this role will include:

  • Researching complaints and feedback
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Carrying out audits
  • Handling escalated claims
  • Process improvement
  • Approving payments

The successful applicant will possess:

  • In depth claims knowledge and prior claims experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fantastic people and negotiation skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • An autonomous work ethic
