Claims Manager

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

  • Provide strategic leadership and engage staff to deliver outstanding results nationwide
  • Contribute ideas and strategy as part of the Senior Management Team
  • Handle a small portfolio of sensitive and complex claims

Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans?

Working in partnership with local/offshore senior management teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic development and vision
  • Claims budget
  • People resource and management
  • Reporting and compliance
  • Complex claims handling
  • Contracts and vendors

Key to the role will be your industry and market knowledge coupled with your ability to support the company vision, values, initiatives and business goals. You will have significant experience in a Senior Insurance Management Claims role leading and engaging high performing teams.
