Insurance Business Development Manager – Commercial

Due to growth throughout New Zealand, our client is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to be the face of the business in the Tauranga area.

Your role as a Business Development Manager will involve building and maintaining effective relationships by being recognized as a strong leader in your field. You will be able to effortlessly build relationships with key Brokers to develop new and repeat business. Reputation is vital, people should want to work with you to achieve positive outcomes for their customers.

You will be focused on:

  • Managing and growing existing Broker relationships
  • Identifying and developing new business prospects
  • Regular portfolio reviews
  • Managing client visit schedules
  • Assessing risks
  • Proposal presentations to clients
  • Keeping abreast of market trends

You will need to bring to this role:
