We are working in conjunction with a highly regarded and reputable Insurance company who are seeking Underwriting Customer Service Consultants who are keen to secure a rare and exciting opportunity within Insurance based in Auckland’s CBD.
Duties and responsibilities in this role will include providing an outstanding customer experience, managing incoming calls, assisting with underwriting to designated levels and processing new and renewal business. You will complete an extensive training and mentoring programme and have exposure to a number of areas of the business.
To excel in this role, first of all you will genuinely want to excel in your career. You will have impeccable communications skills, both written and spoken along with professional presentation. You may be currently working within insurance and are seeking a new career move or you may be from outside of the Insurance Industry but have a proven record in providing a first class customer experience whilst handling multiple administration functions to boot! You must have strong technical skills with a focus on the MS Suite and Outlook.
