Accounts Clerk – Graduate Opportunity

Permanent (Full-Time) Position 

  • Have you just finished your Accounts qualification and looking to begin your career?

  • North Shore location

Our client is providing the perfect opportunity for an Accounting graduate to join their team! Bring your accounting and administration knowledge and skills to this hands-on role.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Entering Daily Banking into Xero and relevant spreadsheets
  • Processing Accounts Payable / Receivable Invoices
  • Assisting the Financial Controller with daily overseas payments, fortnightly wages, bimonthly GST returns and other duties as and when required
  • Handling general accounts enquiries from travel agents and suppliers

Key skills and attributes our client is looking for: 

  • Excellent use of Excel as well as other Microsoft applications
  • High accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Team player
