Accounts Assistant - 1 Year FTC

This position requires an experienced Accounts Assistant to hit the ground running! You will be supporting the Company Accountant of this luxury Inbound Travel company.

They specialise in representing luxury travel itineraries around NZ and the South Pacific to overseas clients. There are no pre-packaged holidays; rather you must have the skills and knowledge to cater to a diverse range of clients by creating unforgettable journeys around this amazing part of the world.

The role involves:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Sales Reporting
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Rate loading
  • Associated and ad-hoc administration duties


What we are looking for?

  • Experience within a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude, never missing an opportunity to take the initiative
  • Eager to learn and confident adapting to new situations
  • Experienced in Xero
